Atlantic Hearts & Color my Heart challenges for this week

Hi again, I am back with another quick card that fills two challenges.
First the atlantic hearts challenge to use this sketch 20:
That I combined with this challenge from color my heart color dare to use Outdoor Denim, Gypsy, Lagoon & Goldrush with the option of adding Cotton Candy.

This is what I created:

I had been thinking of this sketch all week and having a hard time trying to come up with a card that would work for me and fit the challenge.  My order came in on Thursday and when I spotted this stamp set I had my aha moment.  Using stamp set "Stitch Wonder" C1564 and the required colours of ink, the sentiment is from the "Words of Comfort" C1524 stamp set.  I made a one layer card with a comforting quilt for some church families that are celebrating the life of a Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother who went to be with her Lord and Saviour this weekend.
Enjoy.
Watch for the Cross Canada Blog Hop tomorrow Sunday September 15!

H2H colour challenge

Hi all, another challenge from H2H(heart2heartchallenges), this time a colour challenge to use Gypsy,Barn Red, Sunset and Cashmere.  I will admit that some of the other projects using this colour combination inspired my creation, this one in particular found at pawstoscrap :

This is what I created:

With school starting again this past week and my return to work there, I need a new desk calendar for quick referral.  I am waiting for my display stand to come with my next order and thought I may as well create the first month for it.
I used the Cricut Artbooking cartridge to cut the background page and my mask, love this cartridge have already used it more often than my other cartridges combined.
I sponged the four colours over the mask on Colonial White cardstock, used barn red and sunset for the tree from C1559 Always Grateful, the large September in gypsy used the D1522 Glamour lowercase alphabet and the numbers and small month are from the S1211 Capture the date, one stamp set that I use frequently.

Colour Q #204

Another colour challenge, saw this one used on another blog for a card and thought I love those colours together, so made this up for my project life CTMH way album.  I am way behind so am not sure what week this will get used for but it will be used.  Also used the awesome hostess reward stamp set Washi Wonder, only available to hostesses, see side panel to contact me and we can see what we can do to make this happen for you!
These are the colours we were challenged to use:
Translated into CTMH gypsy, lagoon, sorbet and pear, this is what I made with them.....
So now I have a journalling card ready for whatever week I need it for, love this stamp set and the colour combination, thank you for the inspiration.

Atlantic Hearts and Color my Heart Dare

Two challenges with this post ... first off the atlantic hearts challenge sketch 19 and then for colour inspiration I used color my heart color dare to use sky, sweet leaf and buttercup.  This is the sketch for this week at the Atlantic hearts:
And this is what I created:

Recipe:
Sky cardstock, the heart stamp is from Perfect fit - Mom (C1543) and the sentiment from Wild Wonders (C1558).
