H2H 'Snow much fun'

A new year!!!
The challenge on this weeks H2H challenge is Snow much fun!!  You have until February 2 to play along, so why not join us and make a snowy creation using mainly Close to my Heart products.

I have a few items that have snow much fun, especially since I used the Flakey Friends stamp set for many of my cards this past Christmas.  The first item I will share is a one of the calendars that I made for my desk at school:
I used the Stamp of the month from this past November as well as the Flakey friends stamp set for my background. Each calendar page is printed with a grid on 4x6 paper and then stamped. I have them all in a small photo album that I prop open on my desk for each month.

This second card is one that I made for my husbands clients from his property maintenance business in a retirement community.  They look forward to our cards each year, so we try to make them memorable but reproducible.

There are the 'flakey friends' again, but this time he is holding a weed eater :).  I masked the weed eater shape by stamping it on a sticky note and cutting it out to place on the base.  Stamp my snowman over the post it note, remove the note and stamp the weed eater.  I used our new alcohol marker to colour in the scarf, hat, carrot and weed eater (the same colour as his).  The paper pack is the discontinued Winter Wonderland from last year, the chocolate cardstock strip is stamped with the snowflake border in White daisy ink.  The weed eater stamp is from a set of stamps from Clear Dollar Stamps called - Yard Yabber that I picked up a few years ago.  All other supplies are Close to my heart.
