Two more challenges in this creation, loved the sketch from mojomonday, I keep looking at them and never get around to playing with them. This week was different, took time to play. The color combination is from the colormyheartcolordare a challenge I have played with before.
Here is my creation, a special thank you card for special people in our church congregation who made the council retreat breakfast and other refreshments, last month.
Recipe:
A1125- Thanks
Claire paper pack
Old navy cardstock
Sunset mini medley brads
Cuttlebug Geometri rings folder
Spellbinders nestabilities labels nine
Blush and Hollyhock inks.

ReplyDeleteThanks, as soon as I saw the sketch with the part doily, I knew I wanted to try this....
ReplyDeleteThe peek of doily (which looks awesome in pink!) with the geometric embossing folder and the quatrefoil Claire paper is a clever combination! Thanks for linking up to Color My Heart this week.
ReplyDeleteGreat job with a very nice thank you card.Love how you captured the colors. Thanks for joining us at Color my Heart this week,
ReplyDeleteReally well done!! I have that doily stamp and am always looking for great ways to use it. Love how it just peeps out as part of the Mojo sketch. We're so glad you decided to join us at Color My Heart this week and look forward to many more inspiring creations.
ReplyDeleteThat doily stamp really works well for that rounded element in the sketch, doesn't it? Great job on your card! Thanks for playing along at Color My Heart!
