FUNdamentals in a card....

Yesterday, I created a card using the sketch from Atlantic hearts challenge sketch  using this sketch:

I also followed the colour challenge from Color my heart color dare where I was challenged to use only these colours:

When looking at this colour combination I was stumped at first and had to do some thinking and looking through my stash, as these are colours I do not usually put together. In fact, I have hardly ever used Goldrush. Close to my Heart has created a paper pack for each colour family that they have and made patterned paper using the colours from that family, with only one colour per side of the paper. I love the looks of this paper but have been having a hard time using them, I happened to have the Enchantment FUNdamentals paper pack which includes the colours Eggplant and Goldrush. After some fun stamping and fussy cutting, this is the card I created.
I had fun playing and thinking about how to use the colours and the sketch, I even randomly added bling :) Here is a pic of the supplies used:
The color challenge is good for two weeks and the sketch challenge has to be posted by tonight. Happy playing!
