Christmas in November

Welcome to our Christmas in November blog hop where we are showcasing the exclusive Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge whic can be purchased exclusively through a Close to My Heart Independent Consultant.
It is hard to believe that it's already November and that Thanksgiving (for our American friends) is less than a week away.  And well, that means, it's almost Christmas!  We have created Christmas themed projects for you and hope to inspire you to get started on YOUR Christmas creations.
if you just happened to come to this blog, you should start at the beginning at Luci's post.  If you came from Tammy's blog, then you are in the right place!
My project is a window Christmas card!

The cut outs for this card are all on page 47 of the booklet for this cartridge.  I was inspired by cards a good friend made last year with dangly bits and spinning in openings.  I used retired garden green and petal cardstockl  The card is cut out at the 4 inch size, then I measured the opening and made the ornament at 1 3/4 inch a bit smaller than the opening.  Cut the decorative layer twice for both sides of the ornament and sprinkled dazzling diamonds glitter (Stampin up) to make it shine.  Hung the ornament from some string with part of the cut out part glued to hold it in place.  Decorated the front with small snowflakes from the retired D1366 Holiday trinkets in white daisy ink, Happy Holidays is stamped in Gypsy ink from the Pear & Partridge Cardmaking workshop kit.

Now hop onto Traci's blog to see what she has created.
